News: Blowfuse play Gasteiz Calling!
Blowfuse will be playing at Gasteiz Calling, a new festival in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The band will be sharing stages legendary punk rock bands such as Bad Religion, The Toy Dolls, Good Riddance and Jello Biafra with some other dudes. And tickets only cost €39,00!

News: Suburgent and 10 To Go are back
There’s finally some news from the Leeuwarden punk rock bands Suburgent and 10 To Go! In September of last year 10 To Go bass player Wytze de Jong decided to split with the band due to his ambition of becoming a professional judoist and participating at the Olympic Games of 2016. Good luck, dude!
Willem (also active as the vocalist in Shit Hits The Fan) left Suburgent in December. After playing two final shows with Blowfuse, the band was looking for a new singer. Well, the choice was pretty easy to make! Pieter from 10 To Go now also has vocal duties in Suburgent and Jildert, who joined Suburgent as a bass player three months ago, is now also member of 10 To Go. The latter band released their second full-length album “Back On Track” in June of 2014. They are currently working on new music and shows.
Suburgent will hit the studio tomorrow to record a new song called “No Straight Ankles”. And yes, the name’s a parody on No Fun At All‘s album “No Straight Angles”. Keep an eye out for this track as it will definitely grind your gears. Good things are coming your way, that’s for sure!

It’s showtime people! Here at the Morning Wood Records headquarters we think a decent punk rock show is all you need to improve the quality of life. We got three Dutch shows coming up in December featuring a handful of bands from our label. News: The new Blowfuse EP “Couch” out now
We’re excited to announce that “Couch”, the new EP by Blowfuse is out now on Morning Wood Records! You can stream and download the entire thing on our Bandcamp page. We also opened a brand new webstore today! From now on you can order records and merchandise right on our website at the “Store” tab in the menu. The shipment has been delayed a little bit, but the Blowfuse EP “Couch” and their 2013 album “Into The Spiral” can already be pre-ordered in our store. We expect them to arrive tomorrow and will ship the stuff as soon as possible.
“Couch” was recorded at BloqStudi, Barcelona in September of 2014. The EP was mixed by Darian Rundall (Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, T.S.O.L. etc.) and mastered by Gene Grimaldi (Pennywise, NOFX, Guttermouth etc.) at Oasis mastering. Blowfuse’s new EP is the follow-up of their 2013 album “Into The Spiral”.
News: Blowfuse tour Europe in November
To support the release of their upcoming EP “Couch”, Blowfuse will be doing an European tour from November 12th til January 24th. The band will be playing shows all around Europe and still have a couple of dates open.
