News: Having A Full English out… a couple of days now
We we’re so annihilated from the Hoist The Colours release show last Saturday that we’ve been incapable to post something about it for over four days. Damn! Anyway, enough about that, let’s focus on the brand new Hoist The Colours / ASBO Peepshow split CD that goes under the name “Having A Full English”. News: Höney’s upcoming EP coming out on Morning Wood Records
The Italian punk rock threesome Höney have signed to Morning Wood Records and we’re excited to be releasing their EP “Höney” on November 11th! The band hails from Rimini, Italy and their sound can be described as a mix of 90’s punk rock and poppunk bands such as NOFX, Blink 182 and MxPx. Höney was founded only earlier this year and they already show that they know how to write catchy punk rock songs that get stuck in your head immediately!

News: Blowfuse tour Europe in November
To support the release of their upcoming EP “Couch”, Blowfuse will be doing an European tour from November 12th til January 24th. The band will be playing shows all around Europe and still have a couple of dates open. “Couch” is set to be released on November 4th and will be available on CD and vinyl. Pre-orders are coming up shortly in the Morning Wood store shortly.
News: A new track from Hoist The Colours!
Hoist The Colours have released a new track called ‘Mullet (For My Valentine)’ today! The track will be featured on their upcoming split CD with UK punk rockers ASBO Peepshow. You can listen to the brand new song on our Bandcamp page. Stupid jokes, fat bellies and 90’s punk rock. Does it get any better than that?
The split CD is titled “Having a full English” and will be coming on October 25th exclusively on Morning Wood Records! In support of the release Hoist The Colours will be playing a release show at Simplon in their hometown of Groningen (NL). Also on the bill are Dowzer and fellow Morning Wood colleagues Shit Hits The Fan and RunningLate. You can find more info about that show right over here.
News: Blowfuse join MWR and announce EP
We’re stoked to announce that Blowfuse have joined the Morning Wood family and that we’ll be releasing their upcoming EP “Couch” on November 4th! Blowfuse hail from Barcelona and currently are one of the biggest punk rock bands in Spain. Their new EP “Couch” will be the follow-up of their 2013 album “Into The Spiral”.
